Doctors Optimal Formula has determined that the best way to offer our products is through Network Marketing. This lets our Independent Consultants focus on building their thriving business while we take care of the inventory-management, order-taking, and shipping.

Are Doctors Optimal Formula nutritional supplements approved by the Food and Drug Administration (FDA)?
As our products are nutritional supplements, they are not drugs. Therefore, our products are not regulated by the FDA; however, they are governed by the Dietary Supplement Health & Education Act, a federal law which governs the supplement market. Doctors Optimal formula strictly adheres to all regulations applicable to this Act.

What does it cost to become an independent Consultant?
There are no fees to become an Independent Consultant. When you signup as a Consultant, you will receive your own personalized website and all the necessary tools and information needed to start your own business.
Can I become a Consultant without knowing an existing Consultant?
Yes. While we recommend you enroll through an existing Consultant, you are welcome to enroll directly with us. Enroll as an Independent Consultant Today.

I've joined as a Consultant. When do I get my personal website an how do I sign on?
As soon as you sign up as a consultant, Doctors Optimal Formula will send you all the necessary information to go to and log on to your new personalized website!
Are there guidelines to setting up my website site?
The website is automatically setup upon registering as a consultant. You will receive a confirmatory email providing you with your personalized website information.
What is the best way to contact the Corporate Office?
We pride ourselves on having the best setup to start and catapult your new business. Most if not all of the necessary information is provided electronically (via our website or emails). However, if you have any unanswered questions or require any additional information, the best way to receive the necessary support is to perform the following:
- First, contact your sponsor and ask them for assistance. Remember, there's no such thing as a "Stupid Question". In order to maximize your business, you need to be knowledgeable with all facets of the business. Your sponsors are typically the best resource, as they've been in your "shoes" in the past.
- If there are questions your sponsor cannot answer, you can email us at support@doctorsoptimalformula.com . Please be as specific as possible, including any information which we would need to appropriately answer the question (i.e. order number, dates, etc.)
ORDERING & SHIPPING
How long will it take before I receive my order?
All orders received will be processed and shipped no later than the following business day. We ship our products via ground services. Depending on the shipping destination, orders typically arrive in 2 - 5 business days.
When do Auto-Ship Member orders ship?
Auto-Ship orders typically ship each month around that same date.
How much will I be charged for shipping?
Shipping charges are based on weight and are automatically calculated at checkout.
Can I expedite my order?
Yes, we do offer overnight shipping. When checking out, please specify this option if desired. Please note, there will be an increased charge associated with this shipping method.
How do I change an order before it is shipped?
If you have placed an order and need to make adjustments, please email us at support@doctorsoptimalformula.com and we will do our best to accommodate any changes.
What is our policy with regard to collecting sales tax?
As Doctors Optimal Formula, LLC is a Florida based company, we collect and remit Sales Tax for all orders shipped to a Florida address.
Is there a "Money Back" Policy?
We offer a 30 day "Money Back" Policy for first-time purchases only. In order to qualify for this Money Back policy, the original purchaser must submit a request to support@doctorsoptimalformula.com within 30 days, stating the reason for returning the product.
We will provide him/her the necessary return instructions and Return Authorization number. Once received, a pro-rated refund will be issued on the item(s) returned. We do not refund/credit any shipping charges.
