Are Doctors Optimal Formula nutritional supplements approved by the Food and Drug Administration (FDA)?
As our products are nutritional supplements, they are not drugs. Therefore, our products are not regulated by the FDA; however, they are governed by the Dietary Supplement Health & Education Act, a federal law which governs the supplement market. Doctors Optimal formula strictly adheres to all regulations applicable to this Act.
Why does Doctors Optimal Formula use these product formulations?
Founded by Medical Doctors, Doctors Optimal Formula incorporates years of research and development to use nutritional products which have been scientifically proven to be beneficial. Our formulas were developed to optimize the health and well-being of our customers, while focusing on Anti-Aging effects. We take great pride in using the highest-quality formulations available today.
Is it safe to consume Doctors Optimal Formula with medications?
As our philosophy is to optimize the health and well-being of our customers, it is important that if you are under the care of a physician, are taking medications, or have any questions or concerns about any of the ingredients, consult your physician before using our products.
Are Doctors Optimal Formula products safe for children or pregnant or nursing women?
Our products are not recommended for pregnant or nursing women, nor are they recommended for children under 18 years of age.

Can I purchase products directly from the Company?
No. You need to have a Physicians Referral ID in order to purchase our products. If you don't have one, please contact us at support@drsoptimalformula.com so we can provide one for you.
What is the best way to contact the Corporate Office?
We pride ourselves on having the best Products and Customer Care. Most if not all of the information you would need is available on our website. However, if you have any unanswered questions or require any additional information, please contact your referring Physician or you can email us at support@drsoptimalformula.com . Please be as specific as possible, including any information which we would need to appropriately answer the question (i.e. order number, dates, etc.)

My Doctor doesn't currently carry these products but I would like to purchase them. What should I do?
Please contact your Doctor and request that they carry our products. In the meantime, please contact us at support@drsoptimalformula.com so we can provide you the necessary information to purchase our products.
ORDERING & SHIPPING
How long will it take before I receive my order?
All orders received will be processed and shipped no later than the following business day. We ship our products via ground services. Depending on the shipping destination, orders typically arrive in 2 - 5 business days.
How much will I be charged for shipping?
Shipping charges are based on UPS rates and are automatically calculated at checkout.
Can I expedite my order?
Yes, we do offer overnight shipping. When checking out, please specify this option if desired. Please note, there will be an increased charge associated with this shipping method.
How do I change an order before it is shipped?
If you have placed an order and need to make adjustments, please email us at support@drsoptimalformula.com and we will do our best to accommodate any changes.
What is our policy with regard to collecting sales tax?
As Doctors Optimal Formula, LLC is a Florida based company, we collect and remit Sales Tax for all orders shipped to a Florida address.
Is there a "Money Back" Policy?
We offer a 30 day "Money Back" Policy for first-time purchases only. In order to qualify for this Money Back policy, the original purchaser must submit a request to support@drsoptimalformula.com within 30 days, stating the reason for returning the product.
We will provide him/her the necessary return instructions and Return Authorization number. Once received, a pro-rated refund will be issued on the item(s) returned. We do not refund/credit any shipping charges.
